Entering Nightarae means accepting these terms. Your presence under our moon signals agreement.
2. Our Nature
Nightarae is a social casino—nocturnal entertainment with casino-style games but no real money.
3. Age Requirement
Only night owls 18 or older may enter. Confirming your age certifies you meet this requirement.
4. Moonlight Credits
Games use moonlight credits with no real value. Cannot be purchased, sold, or converted.
5. Conduct
Behave peacefully. No hacking, cheating, or exploiting. Violations result in exile from the night.
6. Property
All Nightarae content belongs to us and partners. Your access grants viewing rights only.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous moonlit operation but guarantee nothing. The night may sometimes rest.
8. No Warranties
Nightarae comes "as is" without promises of specific outcomes.
9. Liability
Liability limited to what law permits. Not responsible for indirect damages.
10. Changes
Terms may evolve like the moon. Continued presence indicates acceptance.
